Emotional health and wellness is NOT mental health. Emotional health is about how you feel, not how you think.  Often the pleasant side effect of emotional health is mental health. Emotional Health is NOT a replacement for the work of the mental health community, it is "in addition too" and often will enhance the outcomes of mental health work.

Emotional health is the first step to holistic wellness - without it your outcomes with other services and successes will be limited. Emotions are the number one driver of behaviors - both good and bad. How you feel will determine how you act (regardless of how you think). 

We are the pioneers in this field and have developed significant supports and services , a How To...approach to help participants navigate life events effectively.
